scorpion exhausts are rubbish and will make your car slower.the bore of the pipe going through the back box is smaller than the pipe going in.mongoose and magnex are better than scorpion.i had a scorpion pipe on my turbo cab and it was noisy as,took it to ava and they told me to get rid of it and get a mongoose, took it back and with a new non scorpion exhaust, the fuelling ecu matched to the chip and a bit cut out of the bumper it made 194bhp over 160 with the scorpion.put that on and its a downgrade not an upgrade.

Just out of curiosity where did you get your facts from regarding the smaller pipe going through the backbox being smaller than the one going into the box?????

from ava when i got my car rollong roaded twice, first time with the scorpion(160) and second time with the magnex(194 bhp),and also by looking inside the 4" tailpipe and comparing it to the pipe going in,and also from the difference it made to my car after i changed it,also had 1 on my cossie when i bought it,badly made bad fitting piece of crap.bought a mongoose to replace it which fits like a glove.

Yeah my car sounds alot healthier after replacing a scorpion exhaust with a magnex one. Compression out of the exhaust is alot crisper. Sounds better as well.

Thats only on the older scorpions, the newer ones are the same bore going into the box as magnex and mongoose.

they must have changed them after making them wrong for years,i liked the tailpie on the scorpion over the magnex but i dont think i would buy 1 as i dont think they have the same build quality as magnex or mongoose, both are not the be all and end all but in my experience they are better than the scorpion exhausts i have had.
