I will be driving very hard and braking very late

No point in doing much to the rears, if you do uprate them you will only have to run a bias valve to put less power to them, or you will be spinning each time you brake.
Put as much into the fronts as you can (i.e. Spunky APs) and use 4x4 rears if they aren't already, possibly consider a larger rear disc conversion and caliper spacer kit from Mike R if you want to keep the back brakes cooler.

Depends what 18's mate. If they are 18" MOs then pretty much anything upto 380mm disc/6pot or 8 pot calipers.
Rears are a bigger disc with alloy bell and a spacer to move the caliper up to accomodate the bigger disc.

I've got RSGT's in 18" and run 330 AP's and there ain't alot more room for anything bigger (its that close i cannot use a dust cap and had to mod the caliper slightly to get em on with a 3mm spacer .......lol)

Anyone know if them brembo calipers are smaller than ap's?,or I could always change the wheels, just dont want the hassle of selling them losing money and buying new when the money can go on brakes

600 quid sounds cheap, that means plenty left over for rears
,im liking the look of the brembos, dont really fancy taking an angle grinder to my brakes though
good way of saving weight i suppose

I think my setup is pretty good for the money.
AP 4 pots, and 335mm discs.

Will put the bigger discs on bells on the back as a New Year present to myself, but I'm running 4x4 setup on the rear for the moment.
Speak to Brom @ ZOO Motorsport for an amazing setup @ great value.

I'd imagine they would, as they're not THAT much bigger than Steve@SCC's setup.
You would probably have to do a little modding to get that setup on there.
Personally, I would speak to Brom - he can tailor make the setup to suit your wheels, and it'll be just straight bolt on stuff - the man knows what he's doing.........

brought my set-up 2nd hand off here (Passionford) for under 1000...
Front: Ap 4 pots with 330mm discs

Rear: 305mm Discs with Standard caliper with Mike R's bracket kit

it won't matter with you buddy as yours is 2wd
only reason i had to change was that i have a shonky 4x4 and needed a ET38 offset where a 2wd is much lower
so 9 times out of ten you won't need to change wheels...worry for you = over
