just got 2wd saph ,and the brakes are crap,the pedal does'nt travel far
but there's no bite to them,and the hand brake is useless
any advice please

 

Get some new brakes

 

doesn't sound right at all. does the pedal feel really hard? if so, it's a fault with the abs system. does the orange light work correctly (i.e. come on with ignition and go off after 10s or less)? do you hear the pump working when switching onto key position 1?
