in fast ford,turbo looks HOOGE,but... std rear diff on 700+bhp?is that possible,cos 10 secs aint THAT good for 700bhp is it?maybe its to do with the std tyres. not dissing him,looks awesome but would it really cope with that power?

 

standard diff will be as much use as a solar powered torch!!

He breaks diffs once every now and then If you aint running faster than him, why complain?

 

Its amazing what the Cossie transmission/diffs can actually handle!!!...Unfortunately people who launch from every set of traffic lights give std diff/transmission a bad name !!!!!!!!!

my std diff lasted TWO low boost launches ever on my 400bhp engine,3rd time i wound the boost up,so first EVER 400bhp launch (at santa pod so grippy as fook like!) and BANG! didnt even get off the line before it blew. rolled 1/8 mile!

hexxon,wasnt dissing him at all,if his diff stands up to the abuse of it then sweet,wish mine had,some people (steve n) are lucky and launch all time with no worries,others like me get them bust first launch!wasnt complaining,just wondering what the std 4x4 diff could take as i was under the impression they were weaker than the 2wd items.just general knowledge for me as im interested. as said,his engine certainly looked the part!
