i killed my turbo many years ago , raced it back to my birds house with a few others. when we got there i popped the bonnet and one of my mates managed to light a fag of the thing!!!!!!!!!!!

 

a glowin turbo without too much effort (not meaning u james) is a bad thing.....too much advance/boost im sure?

he was just browning off the outsides of his mcnuggets...

 

i got mine see-through once, could see the turbo shaft and exhaust wheel, manifold was completely white, and the down pipe was white for about 12 inches.

thats what leaving you get when you flat out in 5th for about 10 mins

I didn;t get too close, was hot enough just opening the bonnet water temps were showing 3/4 for a while - not surprised with that heat, at least this week a Pro Alloy rad will be returning to me car

The other time was a sucess with no problems

BTW, myself and RichardPON both did a 20 McNugget chicked challenge which also consist of eating 20 ketchup portions too - we both managed it - but didn't quite so good afterwards - people remember it well
