after reading on here that some XR/RS's are now in classic car status, my XR3i is turning 20 this November, and i'd like to know what companies on here will be eligible for me to insure the car on a classic car policy with fixed milage covering it.
im 21, been driving for 2 years full clean licence and fully employed.
i know i can get classic insurace before anyone asks as i have it insured at current on my capri laser at the moment.
if any reps from companies on here can let me know if they will provide a quote for me i will get in contact with them regarding this.

sureterm the capri is with, im giving them a call tomorrow to see as most online places are quoting stupidly rediculous prices eg: the same i'd be talking for a 3door cossie atm, no claims on me as the insurance ive had since basically driving has been either a named or has been on the capri which well.........sucks lol.
Some insurance companies state that the driver has to be 25 before they will issue a classic policy.
I had mine with HIC on a limited miles policy last year... but been using it more of late so when I renew in a month its off back on a normal policy.
