i have made a logo on photoshop, i saved it as jpeg and the file size was around 217 kb.

the website i am uploading it to wont accept that size of file, the limit is 52 kb,

i can upload in, jpeg,gif,jpg,png

i've tried changing the quality of jpeg when saving but it looks bad on the website when uploaded.

what format will give me the best quality image for the least kb?

any help is much appreciated.
