What years were Sierra/Escort Cosworths used in competition?
British/European/World touring car and also World Rally Championship?
Was 1988 the first year of the RS 500 touring cars? Untill ?? 90? 91?
When was the 3dr first used in rallying and untill when?
When was the Escort used and untill when?
I think the Saph was used somewhere in between for a bit wasnt it?, anyone know for sure?

1985 for the 3 door until 1988 when the saph took over this soon when 4wd and the first international rally for an esc cos was sept 1990 
on the talivera (spl) rally in spain driven by mia bardolet, he won aswell
ford changed from the escort WRC to the focus in 1998
I'm sure the 500 was raced from 1987 to 89 before the regs changed in 1990 to 2.0 n/asp engines
