hi can anyone tell me why my area six thread has gone?

i was just informing people that they were still willing to help and i dont feel that it was advertising

I didnt move it, but i have just investigated and it was reported by more than one member as a trade advert and was removed.

 

hi mate thanks for the reply, i just dont understand why people class this as a trade advert when i was cleary giving no prices etc just telling people that they can still email ian and hes willing to help. i was just reading a thread about extending wheel bolts and he was asking where to get some from and people are replying with company names like demon tweeks etc , is this not a trade advert for demon tweeks and promoting such companies that can provide goods and are not listed as traders on this site. and the same must apply for anybody that suggests getting components from any other companies other than traders listed on this forum?
because if thats the case then you must ban most of the questions being answered
i would like to see my post back in general discussions as i feel that it is very informative
