wheres the coolant fan relay located on the saph?

In the fusebox, near the wiper motor/heater fan.
You can usually recognise which one it is as it will be melted!!, along with the fuseholder fo it.

u on about the relay or fuse tabs as its normally the fuse that melts?!

On mine the fuseholder was melted so bad you couldn't actually get a fuse in the slot, and the relay terminals also showed signs of getting way too hot, but of course first thing was rewire anyway, best thing.

relay for the cooling fans is XI (or no, 11 if you don't speak roman numaerals) in the sierra user manual it is listed as being for the engine management but that is for non cosworth varients
