bleeding brakes?

just about to put cossie 4x4 calipers on and 2wd disc, so while doing that im im going to flush the full brake lines frnt and back, ive still got abs, so the question is whats the best way to bleed them and in with order is best?

I put my new standard s2 discs pads and calipers on today.It took me and a mate about an hour to fit them and two hours to bleed.We got there in the end and we now have brakes again .Also found out i only had one abs belt so cut the other for now will removed the lot soon.Happy days

well got the new brakes on yesterday, what an improvemant took me and my 21month old son! about 3 hours!
