I got this last week as the fella said is was for an Escort and I believed him. Just looked on the net to find I was duped. I don't know which Fiesta it's for ,but it's stamped with XSFF26. Stainless Steel with a 3 inch pipe. It's used, but still looks in good condition. I just want the money back it cost me.

You are aware there are two different types of backbox for a mk6 escort?

Some models have a cut out in the rear bumper that the exhaust comes through, and others have the exhaust poking out underneath the bumper. It could well be for an escort, but you may have just bought the wrong one.

alright lad will this fit an xr2i 8v? i have a magnex system on mine but the previous owner of it welded a 4" tailpipe onto it so id like to replace it with a proper 3" piped backbox how it should have been.

i noticed your a posh fan. Curse you for cathing up with us at the top of the table

 

think the standard 1800 fiesta has a bigger bor exhaust on it dont know about aftermarket though

 

i've typed XSFF26 into google and on the Deen Motorsport site it comes up as Ford Fiesta Si 1.6 (Zetec) 02/94>10/95, Ford Fiesta 1.8 RS1800 02/02>10/95 and Ford Fiesta XR2i 1.8 16v 02/92>01/94. So it looks like it won't fit the 8v.
