Every RTM is evaluated by the webteam, and sometimes we have to enter into discussion about how to move forward. Its up to us and us alone how we deal with things. It certainly will not always be obvious to the community what was done.
IE: I may just discuss the issue with the user by PM.

As above we evaluate every rtm, each one is delt with in a differant way depending on what is being reported to us sometime a lengthy discussion may be required othertimes a simply polite pm. HTH
