i have a frst engine fitted in my escort it has 195 chip bieges and t3 escort and of course the efi management so how much would it cost to convert and wat is needed i ve heard before that oddkidd does it 1200 fitted but as i already have the efi manifold and everything will it be cheaper?

and is it worth it ?

you have only have a couple of parts that are needed for cosworth managment when running frst stuff, inlets wrong throttle body is wrong loom ecu injectors idle valve sensors pickups well best part all of it tbh and if jano has quoted you for the conversion fitted then that would be the way to go
