whats the best plugs for an escort? i cant remember which ones i had bought before i am sure they were called pp8s.. or is there a better set out these days?

 

It depends on the hp and boost of your car.I would go for denso iridium ik20-27. im 500hp and im on ik24 whit no problems.

 

well i just converted my small turbo engine to large turbo with greens,3 bar maps sensor etc.., just going to put it to bout 350bh. but just want to get a new set as everthing else is changed now and i am just about to service it.

 

Denso IK24 as a min and a 27 as a max.

at 400 bhp with no prob
change them every couple months
no prob with them but they're only a tenner a set on ebay so might as well
mates got a 550bhp escort(pink 1 in sig) same plugs, no prob
other 1(black 1 in sig) is over 600bhp, again same plugs with no probs
just gapped right down, keep them fresh every couple of months
and you'll have no probs
