hello just wonderin wot the standard gear box can deal with. am running 186 bhp but looking to go over 200 in the future will i need a new box thanks joe

Yes you will break the box.
CTS used to supply some superb boxes but I'm not sure if he is still doing them. Box number 13 for me came from them and iirc was about £550 exchange. Saying that though I've not broken it in 4 years of abuse
