hi all maybe you can help ? i own said van but cant seem to work out if i should have a glow plug light , i have looked at every van i have been able to ask and they all have the light but my one has a red light where there one is i have to wait for the click , is this normal?????

does it say endura on rocker cover on a t definately mk6 should have glow light bulb gone?? is fed from glow relay thin wire oranfe iirc is it petrol with derver chucked in

 

thanks for getting back to me on all other vans i have looked at the place where my one should be is a red warning light of some sort , maybe diff clocks ?? your post i think says orange wire from relay but i cant tell what the next word is ? i just want to be sure witch colour ,, can i just put a new light in on dash somewhere with earth to body and orange ?? wire from relay feeding it ?? what do you think?

 

iirc [if i remember correctly ]colour of wire changed depending on year its a thin wire on the glow plug relay passenger side wing test light from earth then probe wires turn on ignition [test light when u got the right one will act as glow light] yes u can do what u say in your post sorry it took so long to reply been busy if u still struggling let me know just looked at where u from where i live can see the island
