How hard isit to fit central locking motors in an escort mk 4?

i saw this ad on ebay and im thinking of getting it..but i dont wna buy it if its too hard?

piece of cake, in most mk4's the wiring is already there and it is just a case of fitting the motors and plugging in the wiring.
even my 2 old vans had the wiring in.
as long as u are fitting genuine ford parts they should plug straight in.

 

as above its a piece of piss if the wiring is theyre and id not then u can buy a kit of ebay for 30 quid which is remote central locking and thats easier to fit that actually opening the door

 

my 1.3 popular didnt have the plugs down in the footwells, nor did the main loom have the plugs to support the door electrics looms

so id guess it would be a matter of sorting the wiring yourself to be honest

 

yeh im thinking to just alow it for now going to get my doors de-locked and just get an alarm system instead of doing it myself
