I have found a GIF image that I might like to use as my signature!??

I stole this image shamelessly of a member of another forum lol

unfortunately it is 80kb in size and i was wondering if there was a programme i could use to shrink it to 35kb!!?

Something similar to the http://www.chami.com/jc/ website which we can use to shrink normal sigs!!
