Exclamation intermitant braking - any help please...

i have got a mk4 escort estate with rs turbo brakes. since last week the brakes have got worse and worse. sometimes they will bite as usual, other times, the pedel travels almost to the floor. it can be pumped back up. i had the master cylinder and servo changed over the weekend (with 2nd hand parts) but the problem still persists. the system is definatly not leaking anywhere. it seems unlikely that the servo that i had replaced has the same problem, can any of you guys shed some light on this matter? could it be an internal seal somewhere that needs replacing? thanks for you time.

just had a thought, does the 3door estate still class as a van and therefore have rear load bearing sensors?

Could be the seals in the MS turning back on themselves/or maybe a slider siezed on the caliper, this has happened to me before, changed the calipers and it was fine thereafter.

as well as the servo and master cylinder, i have now had the compensation valve replaced. the vacuum pipe from the servo to the inlet manifold has a small split on one end which is getting replaced as well (but im not convinced this is the root of the problem as it doesnt happen to the brakes all the time). any other ideas are appreciated as this is costing me a lot of money with no results!
