escort cosworth rims on a three door

Hi their i have a question, will a standard escort cossie rim with 225/40/16 tyers fit on the front of my three door without adjusting the arches or changing tyre size to 205/215 ?

Well dunno on a 3door but on a saph im running 215 all round on escos rims and it rubs like fuck on the front arches

AFAIK yes but dont quote me on it ask b11gns or craign as they both run them

Hes pm'd me and hes sported now, for any one else that wants to know they are 225/45 on the rear(which is standard esc cos size) and 215/40 on the front
