Nice work so far mate! Are those spacers available from ford then, as I see they have a ford stamp on them! Are they used on another model fiesta?

I purchased them from a company called Zippy Racing, but they are official Ford Products! They come with the bolts needed too, which Ford charge Ł2 each for, and you need 8!

I have thought about that mate. The stretch on Escos wheels would sit nicely with the arches. And they're not as expensive as soft spokes. Decisions to be made!

Some nice mods there, certainly a good start, but I think it's a touch too low for my liking! Some new wheels will transform it though!

I've had a couple of comments that people think it's too low, which is fair enough

If it was un-driveable (I do London and back 5 days a week, roughly 500 miles) then I'd have raised it, but it's only scraped twice, once trying to park up a kerb and another on those horrible red speed bumps. I don't tend to drive fast everywhere so low and slow is my style lol

doesntbelong, love the look of your Fez

I paid Ł300, bargain really for an Alpine in fully working and non faulty condition. Came with freeview too which is great when bored at work

They are indeed 16".

Looks really nice mate, will look alot better when the softlines are on it. Have you thought about putting some ST200 17" alloys on it? I put some on my mk5 zetec s and they looked quite nice.

Just subtle really, not a Euro fan so won't be smoothing or anything, just something that'll turn heads for the right reasons and not because it looks gash lol

Wound right down on the fronts, so 70mm, and on the rears it's meant to be 70mm except we just took the adjuster out so it's more like 80mm I'd imagine!

Not really thought of them. But I'm steering away from 17's now and thinking more towards Cossie wheels. Nice subtle stretch on the tyres and should sit on the arches perfectly. But still un-decided!

Thanks for comments

Well I change my mind like a woman on the wheels. I love Cossie wheels but I went to a show the other day and must have seen 5 MK6's with them, and then again at a car cruise, so back to square one. I know what I want but it's trying to find a set. Patience is a virtue.

Anyway not much to update, got bored yesterday so freshened up my calipers.

And bought a new lens for my 400D, so got some pics:

These are taken with the 18-55mm

Also bought a Milltek Manifold and De-cat, trying to source a Milltek backbox just to have the whole system, unsure if I'll like the sound yet so might not even put it on there. Just want something with a bit of a rumble, not raspy.

Much better than a random silver lock that I don't even use as you can pop it with the key!

P.S. Forgive the dirtiness!
