How much water does the rst hold?
Iv just had the turbo off my s1 and im going to fill it up with water how much does it hold as i want to put the correct 50/50 water and anti freeze in. cheeRS

My s2 holds around the 4 litre mark iirc, put a couple of litres of anti freeze in, that should be plenty mate!

its 7.9 litres from empty to the header tank on MAX.

Bloody hell! Don't remember putting that much in lol, i guess unless it's the first time after a rebuild it won't be fully empty though.

Yeah the 7.9 is from bone dry so more like 4 or so. Make sure you mix the antifreeze with the water before you put it in, i put some in neat once for it to mix in the engine and shagged the seal in the waterpump staight off

Thought i normally put about 4 in when i'm changing the water for a freshen up or whatever......oops i never bother premixing it as such, though i've never had a problem doing this.

Lol sounds like it might have been yeah....you sure it was antifreeze you put in lol!

Karlos it wont get higher than the bottom of the set lol. Ill make a mix in a bit and fill her up.
