Just getting ready to send my blacktop zetec block off for a rebore, ready for the forged pistons, and I want to know what big end and main bearings I should fit. Is there any brand in particular to go for or one to definately avoid? Is this a part that desperately needs uprating or can I just get some cheapies from my local motor factor?

All help and opinions appreciated.
