Default "rusty" water in my engine

i've always had rusty water in my engine. every time i flush it through once with endless kettles of water it heats up to temp again the header tank turns that nasty orange and its a ballache to clean it. is there something i can run through it to clean it all out? i want to have antifreese that stays blue for more than 4 minutes

thanks, joe.

i feel ya pain. i tried everything, but still ended up with rusty water. was annoying seeing as i had just bought a new header tank, did a full coolant flush, and it still did nothing and fukt my new header tank within a day.
when changing my engine further down the line, i saw it was the inside water paths in the block that were orange with rust. so couldnt really be helped

Someone told me years ago to put washing powder in and run it, then flush it out - never tried it, in case he was taking the piss - knowing my luck it'll be like an Ibiza foam party going on!! LOL
