Ok time to put this to people: I have an xr3i cab d plate that has had a turbo conversion done from a d plate erst.The xr3i cab always didnt have a good working rev counter, it didnt seem to show above 2k. The erst rev counter worked fine. When i done the turbo swap i swapped the complete loom ,clocks and coil from the erst to the cab, however the rev counter only goes up to about 3k now so still inaccurate however it worked fine in the erst. It is an mfi system and the cab was an mfi system too. I always thought that the revs was controlled by loom,clocks and coil but these have all been changed so what can be the prob? Am i missing something?
