Default Any programmers? need help money to be earnt!!

I need a program made up for me all it needs to do is let me input a load of questions the once its finished it needs to put all the answer on a pdf format sheet then email to a certain address? anyone out there help?

me and another person!!

i have a bit more of a complex program allready which was done with delphi but its not compatible with vista and needs loads of changes.
ll i want to do its open a program on my desktop it opens and asks me a series of quesions and at the end it gives me a choice of who i want to send the final pdf form to which sends it to them. if you get what i mean

Well you could easily knock up a template in Word and then print it straight out as a PDF.. rather than go the whole custom program hog?

You could get hold of acrobat professional and create a pdf form?

Otherwise as said, v easy to do in VBA with excel / word + e.g. PDFCreator

Acrobat Pro and do it as a PDF form as said above....thats the propper way to do it, it can send the info off as an email pdf aswell

Alternatively, I have an excel spreadsheet I wrote at work that provides a table-entry of data, dialog-box (or table) entry of contact details and fills out a form for you, pdfs it and saves it.

Can do some screen shots if you want and you can have a look and decide whether its what you're after - could then modify to suit for a small fee

i had a play about last night with acrobat9 looks good.

only thing is when i send the form via email to someone in pdg they still can edit it there end which i dont want.
