Just an update version and bigger Hardrive

 

Ps3 did 40GB or 80GB, no 60GB?? The difference is literally the size of the hard drive.

PS3 with Killzone in the box + Tom Clancy Rainbow 6 Vegas and Haze games Ł299.99
PS3 with Little Big Planet in the box Ł279.99
PS3 with 1 Blu-Ray (300 or I am Legend) + Blu-Ray remote Ł279.99
PS3 with 2 selected games (Can't remember which) Ł309.99

 

60GB is better, because:
1). It supports PS2 games (US version is the best - it has Emotion Engine chip to deal with that issue, euro version is good too, but it run old games on software emulation). 40GB version doesn't support PS2 games at all. Only PS1 games can be played.
2). It has 4 USBs (40GB has only 2).
3). It has memory slots (40GB doesn't have that)
Both versions have wi-fi.

I play my old Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped from the PS1 on my PS3 40Gb. All works fine.

No 60GB's? wtf 60 GB's were the first line of PS3 which had mean you could play all PS1/2 Games & also had stuff like 4 USB's were the 40's & 80's & also the 120's didnt have!


The 60GB is the one to have but they dont make them no more!

 

ive got a 60gb just i had it refurbed by sony a month back, its got a few ps3 games with it and about 6 ps2 games, might be tempted to part with it never use it and trying to save up some money to get a new sofa for the living room

 

Got one now Ebay rules for stuff like this, 60 gig as new with 7 games , 3 blue rays, all the leads + a 24k gold HDMI, 3 gen controllers and a DVD remote, and a stand....... Ł350

God...they stopped making them 2 years ago....well this year it will be 2 years

 

Not brand brand new, but still even got the cellophane on it , amazing really how many people rush out and buy a new console and loads of games/bits, then never use the thing!

 

I'm one of them LOL never use it, my laptop has just broke so 100 percent is deffo for sale or swap for laptop if anyone knows someone for a swap pls put them my way I'm having to use my iPhone for net LOL

 

my gf got me a ps3 in sept from pc world brand new for Ł235. compared prices on a price comparison site on the net, choose cheapest price went into pc world they price matched it and knocked 10% off

 

Why don't you get a cordless keyboard / mouse and use the PS3 for the net?

Thats the beauty of the PS3 it's so much more than just a games console

Doh, I forgot about the original one's as I deal with the 40GB and 80GB more. The 40GB's were filtered out over Christmas and the 60GB's were long gone before that! The 80GB are the current one's in most shops.

 

misses got me a 160gb for xmas, 4 download games, gran turismo, ratchet and clank, er cant remember the other two as i havent downloaded them yet, and 3 disc games, fifa 09, raw09 (wrestling havent opened that) and little big planet.

she got it from currys for Ł340 which is alot but with the 7 games, most other places were
Ł299 with one game and 80 gig ones.

 

Yea i know. Mines the orignal game CD. If it didnt work, i would have bought it. Shame there is no Gran Turismo 1 or 2 on the PS Store.
