mikeanics in congleton is your best bet, 300bhp 2wd and 600bhp 4wd, pretty good bloke and he maps alot of rally cars, seems honest and his bhp figures are pretty accurate
You normally do at RR, just make sure whichever one you choose to use, it is the same one that you go back to, otherwise you won't be able to accurately plot progress due to the inevitable slight differences, the one I use for example does his calibration about once a month, with weight and measure.
tabetha
yeah as said mikeanics is the place he set up my old throttle bodied mg zr was a top job, also turbosystems do have a rolling road as iv been in contact with them and they quoted me £75 for power runs and diff printouts
wen u say his print outs arent the best is this just visually? Seen as this post is few months old, is there any other places recommend to map my 1.8 mk1 focus?
mikes a nice guy ...very straight and honest and good at what he does to
and i think what blunty means is that his printouts are very basic!!
will add a pic of mine for you later
and unlike most tuners bhp figures his rr is the same as him ...no bullshit figures
turvotoaster - thats doesnt bother me really, longs his RR doesnt give BS figures lol
t4 and greys -thanks for the reply. longs he does a good a job and like u said doesn give BS figures im happy. Iv dropped him mail as im at work but if i get no reply will drop him a call.
Not sure if any1 will no but does he fit aftermarket camshafts or dial them in? Also is it recomended to get cams fitted and dialled in by same gargage or doesnt it matter?
