can anyone help me please this land rover is blocking my garage and i cant get my rst out it doesnt have tax displayed in the window can somebody confirm its not taxed before i ring the dvla and get it removed cheers

its my next door neighbours he got about 4 of the sheddy things he is a complete tosser and knows my escort is in garage so smashin windows is out the question just a simple phone call and i shall wave it good bye be fun to see his reaction when he gets home from work it might not even be his he might just be doing some work on it for someone but will teach him not to block me in

about a year ago he started to restore one on his drive with my escort next to in grinding and welding hence why its in the garage now he does this what can i do

Why dont you ask him to move it?

 

cos he would say no theres been an issue since he moved in we dont get on i parked a few yards over his driveway round the front and he rammed my work van cracking his own number plate

and he has blatentley put it there to block me in

As said, ring the police m8. If you`ve tried asking him nicely and he refuses, what else are you supposed to do? If he`s got no insurance and no tax then its unlikely it`ll be MOT`d aswell. Get some photos too incase it happens again in the future..

 

cheers peeps i phoned the council and said it was untaxed they said they will send someone within 24 hours to remove it
