That´s a quick question: Which Escort MK3 came originally with front bumper over-riders with headlamp washer? Because I always see in the net European XR3 and XR3i with over-riders without washer, I´ve never seen with washer, apart from the Brazillian ones.

I ask this because I´m after a pair for my Brazillian Escort MK3 XR3, that came from factory with these pieces with headlamp washer. In addition, if someone has a pair to sell, please PM me!

Think they may have just been an option on the earlier MK3s..... usually saw them on XR3s.

 

Really? I´ve never seen it on European XR3´s...

 

My dad's 1980 xr3 did not have these washers.

im sure they were onlt the early ghia models
had a larger resovoir in the engine bay

 

i had a x reg xr3 and they never had washer jets in the overiders, ive heard that they do exist but ive never seen any

 

They were an option only, not standard fit on any UK models at least....
