I have seen used ones in ebay cost next to nothing, but if you want new ones i think burton will have those. Not cheap.

i got my ones new off ebay just over a year ago for about 200quid i think.

i got 0.5mm over size mahle pistons when i done my rebuild and they cost me £290 delivered, but this was back in mid 07

got them from woodford garage i belive, took a couple weeks to get them though, but ive been told and have heard, rs turbo pistons are no longer made by mahle and getting 0.5mm over size is near impossiable

 

i got mine from pj motorsport, 0.29 oversize £285 was delivered next day

 

Have you tried specialised engines in Essex? They have helped me out before, sold me just one after melting one

 

mate of mine got some from woodford garage friday, there be with him monday/tuesday, thats 0.5mm over size mahle pistons.

they told him they sell fast and it took them months and months to get them, so if your still after some, give them a try, they say they have all sizes..

 

wouln't think there gonna be cheap mare there are other brands to look at

CP, Accralite, Wossner

Missed the boat a bit I think I've now got on order with Burtons +0.5 Mahle's. Should arrive this week. Had 3 on the shelf awaiting 4th... Weren't particularly cheap though, about a ton each IIRC.

Just had a look on Woodford's site. Seems they're now £350 from £450 plus p&p so feel better

 

i paid £275 in o6 for my mahle ones, my mate paid £325 friday, so dunno why they gone up to £350?

 

hi there people im getting a rebore on my engine this week hopefully and avent got a clue wer i can get a good set of pistons from anyone got a company i can ring??

 

have these on the shelf if need with all other parts you may need

I have a set that have just come out my engine low milage, nothing wrong with them im just upgrading to forged ones. they are + 0.5 oversize, let me know if your interested??

got to say fair play to matt lewis, thats a bang on price, infact thats less than i paid in 2005 for mine when they were loads more readily available back then

nice to see somebody not hiking up the prices rediculously as soon as they get wind that they becoming harder to get hold of
