P8 ECU Memory Reset Plug

P8 ECU Memory Reset Plug
I need to reset my P8 but my car does not have the memory reset plug near the strut tower. Does anyone know how I can reset the memory without it? Does the plug relate to any of the pins into the ECU which I can use to reset?
