Why are the roads the way they are now? There are much much more cars on the roads then there was 10 years ago but have they changed, no. Instead of improving the roads why are the government concentrating on crap like car sharing and variable speed limits? The roads are like they are (more congested) because more cars are using the road and they have not adapted to this. We need more lanes flyovers improved junctions etc. Simple ideas like having a junction starting a new lane for a short period and then removing the inside lane a few miles ahead to allow the smooth transition of traffic. We all pay car tax etc. just WTF is this money going on, fucking speed cameras, paying the fucking pigs salary etc.? God knows, It’s not being spent on the roads. As for new roads; only one under this shitty government, and it has been public funded! Not like under Maggie Facher where no one cared about going through fields and forests etc. (so it seems)

Brings me back to the A34 Newbury Bypass... that was long overdue but there was so much delay because of Snowsmore common; who gives a shite. Then the A34 M4 improvement was long delayed.

The fact remains that the roads are baring more cars then they where designed for and crashes etc. are happening because of it, the government is doing nothing active to fix it...

Sorry, but I am not paying AGAIN to use a fucking road I already pay to use.

I need to use the road at that time because that is when I have to be at work FFS.

What is the alternative, use public transport? LMFAO that is a joke it itself.

Until flying cars are invented I say more lanes and more roads subways etc.?
