1.6i Zetec to 2.0 Zetec Blacktop Turbo
Okay i have a Ford Escort Mk7 1.6i, and its a project thats currently under the hammer and im having a bit of trouble as i want to fit a 2ltr turbo into it.
Ive been told the engine for this would be a 2ltr Mondeo engine obviously fitted with a turbo.
Can anyone advise me on the matter and if its possible can somebody give me a list of everything im going to need in order to fulfil this modification.

Hi.
1. No such thing as a mk7 Escort, it'll be a mk6.
2. Yes, the 2L mondeo engine is a good donor.
3. You'll need at least £3k, probably £5k and the sky's the limit depending on what spec you want.
4. Find a good tuner.
