Following on from the above post:

If the Motorsport version had electric windows, electric mirrors and air con.

What would it be missing?

Just a sunroof and Recaro seats?

Anything else?

Why are they worth so much less?

Any/all information appreciated.

Sunroof
Electric, windows and mirrors
Recaro seats

They are the only things missing from a motorsport

 

But apart from that they're exactly the same.

So if it had electric windows and mirrors, all that's missing is the opening rear qtrs, sunroof and Recaro seats?

I believe they were originally supplied with foglight grilles instead of foglights, could be wrong

 

No they had foglampe

Yes mate other than i have listed they are the same ,, ( if your talking about a ford built motorsport ) If your on about the trimmed shell motorsports then there is thousands od diferences depending on who built it

 

Anything else I should know/take into account, if I go to look at a Motorsport version?

no underseal i belive so check for rust

 

Yes they are undersealed ( again ,,,,thats if your buying a ford built motorsport not a trimmed shell motorsport )


PLEASE PLEASE be aware of the diference between FORD BUILT motorsports and TRIMMED SHELL motorsports

 

no radio and no dead lock anti theft system

 

Mine had the deadlock system
