Default Weird malfunction of sapphire door indicator/ bulb failure panel!

Guys my door indicator - bulb failure panel is working only if I keep my gas tank full. If the level of the gas tank drops below 3/4 it isn't working!!!
Have you ever experienced this malfunction? What's the reason for that?
HELP!!!!

Well I had replaced the door indicator module with a used one but still it's making the same thing. Any other ideas than the module? The old one was dry and with no cracked terminals...
