As title.

Yesterday i wanted to advertise my sisters car for sale. I got a pm stating you could no longer advertise for non members and that if she signed up then it's fine.

Now she doesnt want to join pf, or rather i'm not letting her , so can i pay an extra £10 purely to advertise?? If so do i go through the normal join up channel or would this only add a yr to my current subscription?

I wish to advertise asap if poss. Can i post it up with a view to paying? This can be done when i know how.

Why don't you buy it off her for amount you'll be selling it for, then advertise it on here, will be ok then as it's yours.

Only difference is wording, who's to know, do you supply logbook details to the mods to prove who's car it is?
Only way of falling foul is by grassing yourself up with the wording (BM08 do you understand this bit?).

Yes you could try and advertise other peoples cars as your own and if we find out it will result in a lengthy ban from the site.

Believe it or not we do have quite a few reports from members telling us that items do not belong to the Goldmember selling them!!!

£10 is a very small fee to pay for a years worth of advertising and we dont think its unfair to ask that its limited to selling only goods etc that you as the goldmember actually own.

It also helps against potential scamming of our members as we have the contact details for Goldmembers should the sale go awry.
