On removing my gearbox i noticed there are four rubber bushes on the Gear Stick Cradle, and they have gone all soft, can you still get these from ford ??

I have noticed on some peoples pics they seem to be poly ???

powerflex do a kit, i can't remember if you can get the bushes seperatley from Ford, i think you have to buy a cradle, which will have been obsolete for years.....

 

Just had a look, cheap then !!

 

speak to martin @ reyland he does some alluminium bushes witch give the gear stick a better feel and they are fairly cheap too

Woodford have the Poly's for Ł38 last time I checked.

 

Martin for the solid ally ones, or Matt Lewis for the poly ones
