Im going to be changing my suspension in my 3 door for Koni's and Ahmed Bayjoo springs shortly and was wanting to order some new parts also from ford.

From the picture below can anyone tell me which parts it is advisable to change?

Im thinking the bolt obv (2), the bearing (7), top rubber mount (11)

Is there any other parts i should change that commonly wear?

 

i would change the rubber mount but the bearing & bolt is probably ok with the miles that are on the car

 

For the small price I would change the bearings, and top mounts for either poly or 909 mounts, which are harder rubber.
I would also polly the TCA's if not already done, plus arb.
