Default first crash

i was driving home tonight and ran into the back of someone bit off a bummer really not much damage to her car just a crack in the bumper and a scratch on the boot.
my van however is a mess all the frontend has gone and i was only doing 20 but the van weighs 20kg off max weight at 3.5t with me and my labourer in it just didnt want to stop but i was going over a speed bump at the same time. pretty crap really but the woman i ran into was my next door neighbers sister.

just glad it wasent the car really but if i have a claim in my workvan (company policy)
do i need to tell my insurance for my car
