Edited pics a little..
Not in the slightest pal. Not just because of the M5 but because still almost every day I am involved in fixing someones broken Cosworth or telling someone the car they just bought is a dog and he better get a bank loan... it puts you off ya know?
Deep down I still love them, and as a marque they have been good to me and my family, but aftre having one as a daily driver + development car for 10 years solid, my owning days are over.

nice to know its being put back on the road and is in good hands
,and i agree...try and get the same wheels(as in the pics) on it!....deffo one of the best saffs i've seen, plus you have the best colour! Get some pics up when you get the car finished!!
i agree the wheels were really nice i considered buying them when i was there for my 3-door
but ive got the 3-door heavly modified,i want the saph to be a nice comfy, quiet, low lag daily motor

yip was only on late j and k plates i believe
col i sold the white one,i liked it but wasent for me,was skint and needed to put more money into the 3-door but seen this getting broke and ive always loved the colour, almost bought one before my magenta saph
so struck a deal for the trimmed shell minus the usual running gear, and went upto peterhead for it
got to say its a good car, never welded, chassis legs solid, only complaints is rear arches have been done in past and you can see bubble under paint, and the usual arsehole jacked a 16y old car up on the sill and crushed jacking point a wee bit
but with a good few hours and a couple of quid it will be a nice car
ps i wish i was loaded
