Looked great back in the day, its just been done. Several times over.
Nothing wrong with it at all, a nice safe bet. I'd personally be looking at other options though. Biggest problem with the Ford scene is the lack of people trying new wheels.
For each car it seems there is around 4 styles we all choose from and that's it :-(
There are more than 4 types of wheel in Ford fitment. Look for something fresh i say.

to be honest i like the old school look and have had shit loads of series 2's on standard rims, oz alloys, tsw's, allsorts but never arrows, and there are loads of series 2's on all different rims but havent seen many if any on the older school wheels, so thought it would make a change

i have to say karlos these do look nice!! i have looked at all sorts including deep dish, and polished lip, fucking loads all i can see is wheels!!!! lol
Not a fan of the momo arrows myself.
As Niel said, its been done to death.
If you like the style, I would try looking for a similar type of wheels with 5 split spoke's or something. Try something new and fresh.
