yes mate thankfully through the worst now, when we got the shell we had it shot blasted, the outcome was terrible. practicly every pannel on car was changed inner outer sills, door posts, inner outer wings, arches, battery tray, scuttle panel, driver side quater.....it goes on.
just pulled the engine out of the lock up 4 days ago to find it was siezed solid, its the only thing whats holding me back at the moment, so untill i source an engine or get it rebuilt ive ground to a holt, hopefully shouldnt be to long.
atb
happy new year!!

just looking for a little advise on what to do engine wise on my s1. i was thinking i would like the 200bhp mark, would you reccomend staying cvh with a rebuild and tweak or go the zvh?
any advice would be apreciated

lookin good mate. why dont u get that box of bits build up into the engine out of the black 1 and get it chipped and setup. should still see 150-160ish bhp and then add a cam and stuff later when we get made redundant haha.

Stay cvh. There is only one engine for an S1 and thats the cvh.
