Hi all i have just taken the sound proof from the bonnet of my escort cosworth two things
1/ what are the wires going to water jets
2/what is the platic part screwed to the bonnet with like a mesh on edge

The wires are for heated washer jets

 

Have you got any photos of the grills your on about.

 

sorry mate no pictures but its about 3.5 inchs long smaller one end with a raised mesh/grill at the large end it is fixed to the bonnet above the battery
