erm.... go to a shoe shop in the morning and measure it with a ruler on them sizing plates

erm.... go to a shoe shop in the morning and measure it with a ruler on them sizing plates

Should be fine i'd have thought. I usually wear a 9.5 but my girlfriend got me some 10's for christmas as they didnt have 9.5's and they fit fine. Not much bigger at all really.

in reebok classics i used to buy a 10 but they were quite tight and uncomfterble for a few days, i now buy 10.5 and there not too bad from new so spose it does make a difference

try having to look in the kiddies section for trainers! i get some strange looks off ppl when im looking! upside is i get them for cheaper than most
