Default brake pipe snapped!

ok so one of the last teething problems with the engine change now... the bastard brake pipe mount snapped!

Its the pipe that comes out of the reservoir, the most forward one and goes down into the master cylinder i think it is called.
I was thinking of putting a plastic pipe inside it and then mounting the pipe to it.. i dont really know if that'll be safe enough though.. it must have happened to someone else. Anyone got any suggestions?

Cheers

ok im loosing light now but i think ill be able to remove the rubber bungs and take the snapped pipe out and then put the good pipe back on.. Its not gash it will just mean the pipe is about 1 cm shorter, i have checked and there is enough play in the pipe.

Does anyone know what the items are called? They are lower than the reservoir and there is 2 of them, there are some pipes going into them from the top and bottom and there is an arrow on one of them. There is also some pipes with springs around them. I think it may be something to do with abs and if i can remove them as abs is a pain in the arse that will be cool... ill do some more research to be honest lol
