Default Focus RS Sprang a Leak

Hya everyone and a merry xmas to all.

This is my 1st posting on passionford,

xmas eve disaster, doing my xmas shopping this morning at 7am, yeh 7am, all completed, filled up with shell v-max, im all ready for the festivities to begin!
Then 200yrds from my front door there was coolant steam billowing from my front grill, cant print what i shouted to myself but it began with f and ended in k.
Got home and feared the worst head gasket etc, but turns out to be a coolant hose, that connects to the plastic pipe that runs along the top of the radiator, it connects at the left hand side, if you are standing in front of the car looking down, and after a few bends connects to a larger hose via a t-piece half way down the front of the engine block.
Failure of hose was caused by a spring hose clip from another hose rubbing up against the one that failed, arrrrh.
on xmas eve of all days.
does anyone know the ford part No of the hose in question,
help greatly needed.

Default RS Focus hose leak

hi,
thanks for that, it looks like im going to have to wait untill new year to get it correctly repaired, in the meantime im going to repair the hole using a rubber patch/rubber glue and duck tape and cable ties, just to get me to the nearest ford dealer.
And all because one hose clip was rubbing against another hose and over time , wore completly through, arrrrh.
xmas ruined-boxing day ruined-- could have been worse though!
