didn't know you had took it apart, underside looks very solid..
are you painting it moonstone underneath?

i wanted to rebuild it for a while the shell is mint and didnt have much rot just a little bit by the header tank!!! the floor will be painted moonstone i have got all the bits underneath powder coated all for Ł65 so thats a bonus!!! i will post somemore pics when i have sometime

petrol and thinners then panel wipe it took about 6 hours but you get a good buzz from it lol

the waxoil that was on was strange stuff i had to brush petrol on then thinners straight away because the waxoil just would not move!!!! the floor has no welding anywhere and it only had a few scabs on from when it had the polybushes done and they must of scraped the waxoil off!!! the whole underside is in stoneguard now the engine bay and wings are in primer i will get some more pics when i have time

running approx 400 bhp at the moment...

dont think the powder coating on the bells is a good idea mate its too thick and if you want get them stripped and i can get em anodised for you

Was gonna say that Jacko powdercoat isnt a 100% even coating the slightest bit of run out will give you a bad judder. Car looks awsome Chunk cleanest 3 door ive seen for ages keep the pics coming!

if the brakes judder i will strip them off again its no problem they have only had a light coat on them tho
