Any idea what the name of the side moldings on the saph are called and are they still avalible?
Also where they ony installed on late models?

they are called rubbing strips.its like knitting fog trying to get a set.i had to get 1 from here,2 from there.ford might still have some kicking about but definately not a full set.a lad on ebey was selling full sets for around £250 which is a good price.best bet is find somebody breaking a sapph which wouldnt be too hard and buyy their strips if they are in good cond.you will need adhesive tape which i think ford can still supply

Give your dealer a try. Some dealers I've been to cant be arsed with the older stuff cos bits are sometimes hard to get hold of and they cant be bothered to have a search around for you and just say you cant get it.
